The Off By One Web Browser is a small and fast browser with full HTML 3.2 support. It is a completely self-contained, stand-alone application with no dependencies on any other browser or browser component. As it does not support Java, Javascript or Flash, you won't get problems with popups and spyware, but many pages will not render as they do in other browsers.
